The very first and most important building on the planet exists in a single instance. If you demolish it, you will lose the Planet - it will become free.
All other buildings on the planet cannot be built at a level higher than the level of the Command Center (hereinafter referred to as CC). That is, in order to build a mine of level 2, you must first increase the level of the CC to 2. Indicated by the parameter “Opens the upgrade level.”
Increasing each CC level above 20 requires spending 10 solarium units.
Opens the possibility of building a Mine and a Power Station.
