Allows you to process minerals into energy on the planet itself. Efficiency increases with level, but is inferior to other processing methods in terms of efficiency.
It also stores a certain amount of energy and solarium on the planet; this amount cannot be robbed. In conjunction with the Dome, it increases the security of the planet.
There can only be one on the planet.
Opens the possibility of building a Cosmodrome and a Detection Station.

- 25000 per level from 1 to 11
- 50000 per level from 12 to 21
- 75000 per level from 22 to 30
- This value is multiplied by coef
- Solarium storage on the planet - 1 unit per level from 11 to 30
